Refund Policy
This policy clarifies when and how refunds are processed for orders from Saarini India. Refunds are only issued for valid, verified requests.
A. Eligibility for Refunds
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item, wrong size) — confirmed via mandatory unboxing evidence.
- We cancel your order (e.g., product out of stock, pricing error) and you opt for a refund instead of a replacement.
- The order is lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping courier).
B. Non-Refundable Cases
- Returns/exchanges requested after the 7-day delivery window.
- Items returned without valid unboxing evidence (video/photos).
- Used, altered, or damaged items (damage occurred after receipt).
- Non-returnable items (custom jewelry, Final Sale items, earrings).
C. Refund Process
1. Request Approval: After we verify your evidence and approve the refund (per Section 3.C), we confirm via email.
2. Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer) within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Timeline for funds to reflect: Credit cards = 7-10 business days; UPI/bank transfers = 3-5 business days (varies by bank).
3. Refund Amount:
- For damaged/incorrect items: Full order value (including original shipping charges, if applicable).
- For canceled orders: Full order value (excluding shipping charges if the order was not dispatched).
D. Refund Queries
If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeline, email [email protected] with your order number, refund reference (if provided), and payment details—our team will investigate and resolve the issue.
