Return & Exchange Policy
Given the delicate, handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this policy ensures fair resolution for genuine issues (e.g., damaged items, wrong size) while preventing fraudulent claims. By purchasing, you acknowledge the mandatory evidence requirements below.
A. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Your request will be considered only if:
- It is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery (per the shipping carrier’s confirmation).
- The jewelry is in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags, branded packaging (boxes/pouches), and accompanying items (authenticity certificates, care guides).
- You provide mandatory unboxing evidence (360° video + photos, detailed below).
B. Mandatory Unboxing Evidence
No request will be processed without:
1. 360° Full-Directional Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video showing:
- The unopened shipping box (exterior, including the shipping label with your order number).
- Step-by-step unboxing (all packaging layers, e.g., bubble wrap, tissue paper).
- A slow 360° rotation of the jewelry (showing all angles: front, back, sides, clasps, gemstones) with clear audio (verbally note any damage).
- No cuts, edits, or silent footage—edited videos are invalid.
2. Minimum 7 Photographs: High-resolution images of the shipping box (exterior/opened), jewelry in original packaging, and close-ups of the item (including any damage) from multiple angles.
C. Return/Exchange Process
1. Submit Request: Email [email protected] with the subject “Return/Exchange – [Order Number]” including your name, contact details, reason for the request, and links to the video/photos (e.g., Google Drive, WhatsApp).
2. Verification: Our team reviews your evidence within 1-2 business days. We will approve or reject the request and share next steps.
3. Ship Back: If approved, we send a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address. Write the RA number on the shipping box and send via a trackable, insured courier (you bear return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault).
4. Inspection & Resolution:
- Returns: After verifying the item matches your evidence, we process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: We dispatch the replacement item (if in stock) within 3-5 business days and share a tracking number.
D. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved pendants, custom-sized bangles).
- Final Sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page).
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged on arrival).
