This policy details how we deliver your jewelry, including timelines, charges, and tracking.
A. Delivery Areas
- Domestic (India): We ship to all pin codes across India (excluding restricted areas as per courier guidelines).
- International: Currently, we ship to select countries (e.g., USA, UK, UAE). Contact us at [email protected] to confirm if your location is covered.
B. Shipping Timelines
- Domestic: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch (varies by location: metro cities = 3-5 days, remote areas = 5-7 days).
- International: Dispatch within 3-4 business days. Delivery takes 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control).
C. Shipping Charges
- Domestic:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
- Flat rate of ₹199 for orders below ₹5,000.
- International: Charges depend on the destination and order weight (calculated at checkout). You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
D. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number to your email/phone (provided at checkout).
- Track your order via the courier’s website (e.g., India Post, DTDC for domestic; DHL for international) using the tracking number.
E. Delivery Issues
- Missing/Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeline, email us with your order number and tracking details—we will follow up with the courier.
- Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery (without valid reason), you will be liable for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
